New User start bid guide
HOW TO START BIDDING
1. Register & Log in | 2. Create Account
Fill in details Fill in email password and then crerate Account. |
3. Manage your Profile
Click on Manage Profile
You can update your password here. Fill in your Shipping Address and Phone number. | 4. Top up your Wallet
Click on "My Wallet" Then select Recharge Wallet. You must have money in your wallet before you can place bids. You can top up any amount to your wallet.
minimal amount is at JPY1,000. Select Payment type then click confirm. |
5. Browse Auction
Browse Wholesale Auction Select the on going auction, Browse products and place your bids. (There is auction running daily, you can click here to see the auction schedule)
Before Placing your bids You must have a 40% of the bid value in your wallet to validate the bids you placed. The 40% bid value will be locked and refunded to your wallet after the auction have ended. | 6. Place your Bids
Place Bids You can see the product details by clicking on the item key in the amount you want to bid and CLICK on PLACE BID. |
7. Check status of your Bids
Go to Bid page and then select the auction house. Then select the batch that you have place bids in. You can see the items that you have place bids in. You can raise the bids by clicking on modify bids. If you want to cancel the bids you can select show details and then click on cancel. *(note: Low Price & Time Limited auction bids are not allowed for cancellation) | 8. Check Won Bids
Won Bids will be highlighted in green and status will show WON. |
9. Order Invoices & Payment
After Won Bids the invoice will be automatically IssuedClick on the Profile Icon on the top right. Then select Auction Orders. You can see your invoices and you can make payment by clicking on the Money Icon. | 10. Select Shipping Address
Select shipping address After that you can select your shipping address. Then select the payment options and complete payment. Click on Continue on Delivery info |
11. Shipping tracking Number
tracking number will be uploaded to the order
